Eddie Bartnesky
Eddie was born and raised in Harlingen. He attended Harlingen High School and was a member of the only “undefeated” football team (10-0-1) in Cardinal history 1976-1977. He received a BBA in Accounting from Pan American University in Edinburg and currently owns Connelly & Bartnesky Insurance Agency in Harlingen. The Agency just celebrated its 30th anniversary. He joined Rotary in 1990 and has 29 years of perfect attendance. He served the club as President in 2001-2001 and recently joined the Rotary District leadership team. He has served as Assistant Governor from 2014 -2018, District Grants Sub-Committee Chair 2015-2018 and will serve as Rotary District Governor in 2020 – 2021. Eddie is married to Sue and together they have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
