Mayor Chris Boswell will deliver the annual State of the City Address on Thursday, February 20 at the Harlingen Convention Center. The speech will highlight the City's financial stability as well as current and proposed projects planned.
Meet at the corner of Loop 499 and Rio Hondo Road, in lot just south of TSTC campus.
Nice morning walk and conversation lasting no more than 2 hours.
