My past experiences have involved owning/working for private cable companies throughout the valley. I was a "hands on" manager, besides managing daily operations, I learned to maintain and set up cable systems. This included splicing cable, climbing poles to set lines. I had my own cable tool belt and it was PINK.
For a few years, I worked for a private construction company that cleaned up the Rainbow bakery in Harlingen and managed Cobbleheads.
Then for 10 years worked in the Banking industry in management.
I was single for all of above stated experiences and appreciated all that I learned.  Then beginning about 8 years ago, I started a new chapter in my life to become an awesome wife and step mother to two beautiful girls.
Throughout these years, my father became ill and I changed my career as Agent to New York life to help with his care.  I currently help facilitate a Alzheimer's support group at Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.  It's my way of giving back and helping all those that are caregivers going through this rough time.
I feel proud to be a part of Rotary for the morals and ethics it represents, which was instilled in me by my parents at a young age.
