Arnold is a seasoned leader whose career reflects a strong commitment to service, excellence, and continuous growth. He currently serves as Club Manager for Sam’s Club in Harlingen 🏬 and as an Adjunct Professor at UTRGV’s College of Business and Entrepreneurship 🎓.

With 37 years of experience across major national retailers, he brings deep practical insight into leadership and organizational success.

His accomplishments include leading the #1 Sam’s Club in the nation for Vizio TV sales 🥇 and receiving the Helen R. Walton Excellence in Community Leadership Award in both 2023 and 2024 🏆, a recognition unmatched across Sam’s Club locations.

Academically, Arnold continues to advance his development as he pursues a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership 📚. He also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and earning multiple academic honors.

A U.S. Army veteran and dedicated community leader, he has served on several local boards and remains actively engaged in initiatives that support and strengthen the Rio Grande Valley.

Arnold is also working on a book that captures his leadership journey. During his presentation, “Leadership Earned,” he will share key lessons from his experience and introduce insights from his upcoming work, including highlights from Chapter 1, focused on building trust and leading with purpose.
