The Rotary Club of Harlingen will welcome Roel (Roy) Rodriguez of Harlingen WaterWorks as our featured program speaker tomorrow, May 15, 2026, at noon. 🎤

Mr. Rodriguez will share an update on current water utility operations, ongoing infrastructure priorities, and the work being done to ensure reliable service for the Harlingen community 💧. His presentation will also cover key challenges facing local water systems and long-term planning to support sustainable growth and service quality 📊.
