Hello Rotary Harlingen and welcome to Spring, or, as it is known in Harlingen, First Summer. We have are very lucky this week to have Chief Michael Kester of the Harlingen Police Department present to our club. Chief Kester will discuss the current role of HPD, recent changes, and how we can help.

SHRIMPFEST MONEY IS DUE! - Please bring your checks, cash, etc. to next meeting so we can reconcile the books and start giving it back to the Community.
It is HOOPS TIME! March Madness is upon us and we want to have little fun at the Club while raising money for a good cause. We are having a Rotary Harlingen Bracket Contest for members and spouses to participate in if interested. Entries are $20 per bracket. (Limit of 2 per member). The winner of the contest will take home half of the funds with the remainder going to the local nonprofit of their choice. So, pick a Cinderella Team and help the community! We will email the link after Friday's meeting to register.
Centennial Gala Update!
The Board is hard at work on this Summer's Centennial Gala and we need YOUR HELP! If you want to be involved in planning this event PLEASE reach out a board member and we will find a spot on the team for you. This is going to be a fun night to relax and celebrate at is NOT a working event for the Club and attendees.
DUES Final Warning: Members who have not paid dues in full or contacted the Board about payment will be removed from the membership rolls on FEBRUARY 28th and may not be able to attend future meetings. We have some excellent speakers coming up and BIG announcements. Please do not miss out on these opportunities. The Club has already paid your dues to Rotary International on your behalf and we are only a few months from next year's dues. Please help us from having an awkward conversation.
