Hello Rotary Harlingen! This week we have TSTC presenting about the work they do in getting students ready after graduation. Belinda Muñoz, Coordinator of Career Services, will be presenting to the Club and it should be a great meeting. Also, Past President Wayne Lowry will give a short presentation on the completed Water Well Project in Nigeria that our club sponsored. Its an amazing project!

A big thanks to the amazing young people from Harlingen High School InterAct, Marine Military Academy Interact and TSTC RoterAct who spoke about their activities this past year. What a great group!
We also distributed over $2,500 in checks to local nonprofits in recognition of the excellent work they do for the community. Thank you to the HCISD Music and Fine Arts Program, Loaves & Fishes, United Way of Northern Cameron County, Sunny Glen Children's Home, Blue Sunday, and the Literacy Center of Harlingen for all you do!
Also, congratulations to Rotary Board Member Chris Villarreal on the birth of his beautiful daughter! We were wondering where Chris had been for the past several weeks and it turns out he had a very cute reason for being out. Congrats to the Villarreal Family!
