Seat at the Table 2013 Project

The Rotary Club of Harlingen gathered on April 19 to complete a $21,000 commitment made to the Boys & Girls Club of Harlingen to provide bleacher-style seating in both gymnasiums at the BGC Harry Nigro Unit on Washington St. The “Seat at the Table” project will support the unit’s summer food program where 300+ kids are served lunch each summer day and will double for the numerous events held in each gym throughout the year.
